D&A Appliance Repairs Pretoria wasn’t started by a corporate board; it was started because of a bad customer experience. Back in 2009, Albert (our founder) was struggling with a broken appliance at home. The repair process he experienced was frustrating, unprofessional, and full of headaches.
Albert realized there was a massive gap in the market. He saw that Pretoria homeowners desperately needed a professional who could deliver fast, reliable, on-site service. He decided to create a company that would solve these problems with better service—focusing heavily on the core household essentials like a washing machine that won’t spin, a tumble dryer that won’t heat, or an oven that stays cold.
“I realized I could help others repair their household appliances with a bit more professionalism and fewer headaches than what I experienced. Our goal is to make the community happy, one repair at a time.” — Albert, Founder
Albert didn’t just jump into the industry; he trained for it. Committed to doing things the right way, he completed specialized technical training to master both the complex electronic and mechanical systems inside modern appliances. He expanded his hands-on expertise to focus deeply on laundry room technology, ensuring D&A Appliance Repairs could offer a flawless solution for the modern home.
The Full Laundry Package: We specialize in the mechanical inner workings of both top-loaders and front-loaders. From snapped drive belts to failed digital inverter motors, Albert prioritized specialized training to ensure every single diagnostic is accurate.
